Sia Brain Awareness Foundation Partners with United Way Reading Pal Program. The foundation mentors Pre-K students 1 x per week to enhance their reading skills which helps to prepare the kids to transition more easily to kindergarden.
Sia's Foundation celebrates Helmet and Bike Safety Prevention during Christmas by giving away 2 bicycles and helmets. We will continue to bring awareness to the community by educating families on the importance of their kids wearing a bicylce helmet to prevent head injuries.
Due to the large number of head injuries that occur during football season, Sia's foundation is proactive by providing education and awareness on signs and symptoms of brain hemorrages, concussions and other adverse brain condtions with local high school football teams.
