The 5K Brain Hemorrhage "Witness The Fitness" Walk/Run Fundraising Event is held yearly in October at the Dewey Boster Sports Complex Park in Deltona, Florida.

The Sia Yorker Brain Awareness Scholarship Foundation, Inc. mission is to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of Acute Brain Hemorrhages, Brain Tumors, Aneurysms, Strokes, Concussions, Seizures, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Lewy Body Syndrome, Parkinson's Disease, the Choking Game, and other Adverse Brain Conditions and encourage others to be proactive in taken preventive measure in avoid head injuries.
