The 12th Annual "WITNESS THE FITNESS" 5K BRAIN HEMORRHAGE WALK/RUN Fundraiser is hosted by The Sia Yorker Brain Awareness Scholarship Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring the late Sia Christine Yorker's legacy. Sia, who was accepted to the University of Florida Gainesville, Florida during her third year of college at the age of 19, died on June 21st, 2011 due to a Sudden Acute Brain Hemorrhage. Sia focused on education advancement through health and fitness events, as well as community outreach.

The Deltona, Florida "WITNESS THE FITNESS" 5K BRAIN HEMORRHAGE WALK/RUN RACE will take place at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the  Dewey O Boster Sports Complex Park, 1200 Saxon Blvd, (Deltona, FL 32725).
