Don’t Be A Drip! Take A Sip!

So, why do we require water? Water, on the other hand, helps your brain cells connect with one another, which is vital as you go about your day. Water also removes poisons and waste from the brain, which impairs cognitive performance. Not to mention that it transports nutrients to your brain, keeping it healthy.

How do you keep your brain hydrated?

For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water. Water is also crucial for brain health. Many studies have demonstrated that as dehydration worsens, mood, focus, and overall cognitive performance suffer. Dehydration is a common migraine trigger.
